上层台板经移出、旋转90度后降落地面，车主存取车均为无转弯的直行方式，无须倒车，下层停车位等同于自然地面车位。

两层停车台由单个立柱支撑，四周无围板，建筑通透性好，不是呆板的钢框架结构，对周围景观影响较小。
维护/保养方便 easy to maintain
完善的维护保养方案，定时对设备进行检查、保养。设备独立系统运行，单台设备维修不会影响相邻及全部停车位。

（上层停车位）停车：
1.车辆等待入库，上层停车台推出，可向左/右旋转移动，降落地面。（上图1）
2.司机将车辆开上停车台，下车离开。（上图2）
3.停车台升起，可向右/左旋转移动，沿轨道后退，复位。（上图3--图5）
△ （上层停车位）取车：机械动作与存车相反。
△ 下层车辆的停车、取车等同于自然地面车位，无需机械动作。
△ 当上层停车位升降移动时，下层停车位无须避让移动。
△ 停车台的机械运动由操作人员控制。
parking procedure (parking on the upper deck)
1. the vehicle awaits parking, the upper deck moves forward along the rail, can turn left or right if need, and descends smoothly.
2.the vehicle moves onto the deck and the driver disembarks.
3.the deck rise, turn right or left if need, and draw back along the rail.
△when the vehicle parked on the upper deck is required, the procedure for retrieval from the upper deck is reversed.
△the ground level deck is as stable as a natural land parking space, there is no mechanical movement.
△the vehicle parked on the landed deck does not need to be removed if the upper deck is moving.
△all procedures of the machine are controlled by the operator.
